About the Role

The SAP EAM Associate Manager will lead Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, leveraging SAP EAM / IAM to solve business problems and set near‑term strategy. You will work with senior managers and clients, negotiate, communicate persuasively, chart critical assignments, and lead large teams or projects while coaching and mentoring for professional growth.

About You

You are a transformation maestro with deep experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management. You are comfortable leading teams and projects, building rapport with senior managers and clients, and have strong leadership skills to handle pressure. You are a great listener, flexible, and a deep domain expert in EAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Kick‑start Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform‑led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP EAM / IAM to solve their business problems.
• Help set the strategy for near‑term goals.
• Work with senior managers at a client and / or at Accenture, negotiating or communicating persuasively on key issues.
• Use judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments.
• Lead large teams and / or projects, providing coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth and build a collaborative environment.
• Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Benefits

Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Base pay ranges : British Columbia / Ontario $82,600 to $132,600.
