About the Role
The SAP EAM Associate Manager will lead Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, leveraging SAP EAM / IAM to solve business problems and set near‑term strategy. You will work with senior managers and clients, negotiate, communicate persuasively, chart critical assignments, and lead large teams or projects while coaching and mentoring for professional growth.
About You
You are a transformation maestro with deep experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management. You are comfortable leading teams and projects, building rapport with senior managers and clients, and have strong leadership skills to handle pressure. You are a great listener, flexible, and a deep domain expert in EAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Kick‑start Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform‑led.
- Show clients how they can use SAP EAM / IAM to solve their business problems.
- Help set the strategy for near‑term goals.
- Work with senior managers at a client and / or at Accenture, negotiating or communicating persuasively on key issues.
- Use judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments.
- Lead large teams and / or projects, providing coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth and build a collaborative environment.
- Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience delivering SAP projects, including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global).Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP PM and / or Enterprise Asset Management.Minimum 3 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformational projects with on‑and off‑shore resources.Security Secret clearance required.Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and ability to work with various functional SAP experts and business teams.Experience working in a Managed Service environment.Demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.English required for this position; role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries.Bonus Skills

Base pay ranges : British Columbia / Ontario $82,600 to $132,600.
