Outside Sales Representative - Moncton, NB Plumbing, Heating, and Humidification Products Our client is a leading provider of Plumbing, Heating, and Humidification solutions.

They are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Representative to join their team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers across various industries.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling plumbing, heating, and humidification products.

You will work closely with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

For this role, the Sales Representative is based in Moncton but covers all Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, PEI, and NL) The position is only open to candidates that are legally entitled to work in Canada and are currently residing in Canada. What we offer

What you do

  • Speaking with clients and ensuring you ask the right questions to find their requirements and suggest suitable products
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders
  • Working together with manufacturers to drive product sales and market growth
  • Being proactive in identifying and resolving customer challenges and providing problem-solving solutions
  • Presenting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and promote product benefits
  • Handling regular sales calls and visits to maintain customer engagement and drive sales prospects
  • Negotiating orders and contracts to secure beneficial terms while maximizing sales revenue and profitability
  • Setting and attaining ambitious sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on progress to management
  • You may be required to perform Equipment Start-Ups and Commissioning on the job site

Who you are

  • Proven track record of success in sales is required (preferably in the Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC industry)
  • Strong technical ability and understanding of plumbing, heating, and humidification systems is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required
