Benefits
Duties :
- Processing / reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts
- Paying regular invoices and monthly credit cards.
- Processing tax installments on behalf of client businesses.
- Sorting / distributing incoming mail and maintaining and updating email correspondence
- Preparing and maintaining client files, paperwork, and meeting notes
- Following up on action items from completed meetings
- Maintaining and analyzing client investment account records
- Collecting and preparing loan applications
- Regulatory / Compliance tracking and follow-up
- Confirming client appointments
Qualifications :
- Diploma or other Postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in the financial services industry or banking.
- Excellent computer literacy. Specifically in Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs), Windows, Adobe for PDF editing and management.
- Customer service orientated
- You may have a professional designation or looking to acquire one : CFP, CPA, PFP, CSC
