Key Responsibilities : Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-quality software applications using .Net 6+, C#, WinForms, TPL and internally developed frameworksChampion the use of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

Oversee automated unit testing and ensure the implementation of effective testing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture design, and patterns.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Lead code reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality and security.
