Our client is seeking a National Sales Director to work closely senior leaders, playing an instrumental role in expanding the company's market reach and revenue goals.
This leadership role requires a strategic, experienced sales professional who can blend industry knowledge with innovative sales tactics to drive growth.
The role centers on leading a national sales team, developing strategic relationships with top-tier accounts, and implementing impactful sales initiatives.
Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture, and acting as an industry ambassador.
Additionally, the National Sales Director will oversee distributor relations, pricing, and promotional activities while using market analysis to optimize sales strategies and support market expansion.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, entrepreneurial sales leader with experience in scaling and building high-growth teams in a highly competitive industry.
Leveraging their industry expertise, the National Sales Director will drive the national sales strategy, identify emerging trends, and align sales efforts with the company’s product and marketing initiatives.
This role also involves developing and nurturing relationships with key distributors, partners, and retail accounts, while representing the brand at major industry events.

Where :
Greater Vancouver Area. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both remotely and in the company’s corporate office.
How Much :
A competitive base salary in the range of $110,000 - $120,000 plus benefits, bonus potential, paid vacation, and other perks will be offered, based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
