BSS Lead Business Analyst Architect

Responsibilities
- BSS SME on all phases of the implementation delivery process for BSS (Business Support Systems) solutions
- Work with the vendor to manage the design and implementation of requirements
- Provide guidance and option analysis of potential BSS requirements
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including managers, users, and IT teams.
- Actively participate in the implementation, development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions.
- Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement information systems solutions.
- Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most effective course of action.
Technical Experience and Skills
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Netcracker BSS
- In-depth experience with supporting leading designing, developing, testing and implementation within the Telecom BSS area
- In-depth experience with Jira / Confluence / MS Office tools
- Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients, internal and external stakeholders, senior management and staff
- Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals
- A team player, collaborative and independently driven
- Must demonstrate a flexible, open-minded attitude and have strong interpersonal skills
- Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus
