Salary Range

The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $54,296 to $95,814, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Preferences and Qualifications

• Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.
• Must have a degree / formal training and / or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.

Job Summary

Career Education & Entrepreneurship Teacher - Grades 10 & 12

0.857 FTE temporary contract, starting January 27, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process to June 25, 2026, or return of the incumbent.

Must have a degree / formal training and or teaching experience in Business Courses and Career Education at the Secondary level.

This position is scheduled for 2 semester blocks of Career Life Connections 12 and 1 semester block of Entrepreneurship 10. Please note that all work will be on site.

Please note : Continuing teachers will need to vacate their continuing assignment in order to accept a temporary assignment, unless the FTE is greater in the temporary job posting.
