The Manager of Engineering Services for our Handheld Critical Care product line is a key leadership role responsible for driving the technical support and sustaining engineering activities for the hardware team.

Team Leadership & People Development

• Champion a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and unwavering accountability across the hardware engineering team.
• Actively manage, coach, and mentor engineers at all levels, fostering their growth through robust individual development plans, clear expectations, and consistent feedback.
• Directly address performance issues with transparency and rigor, making decisive and well-documented personnel decisions to ensure the health and productivity of the team.
• Build a cohesive and motivated team, capable of navigating the pressures of multiple high-priority projects and on-market support challenges.
