Advantages

Permanent full time, Monday to Friday

Shift 7 : 30am to 4pm

Salary 20.86$ / hr

Vacation package 3 weeks

10% bonus paid yearly

Benefits : Medical, vision, dental more than 50% by employer.

Pension Plan : 3% up to 6,5% with a company match

After 1 year of employment, education is subsidized

Responsibilities

  • Provide problem resolution for customers and freight questions
  • Verify all packages / LTL freight (overages, shortages, damages)
  • Verify and process U.S. Customs documents
  • Data entry of required billing information
  • Ensure accuracy of bills of lading
  • Enter freight invoices into system

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, required
  • Minimum 1 years transportation industry experience;
  • Bi-Lingual (English / French) for Province of Quebec, required.
  • Good clerical / data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
  • Must be multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills
