We’re excited to launch a pivotal new role within the Health Business Unit to drive high-impact initiatives as part of our recruitment transformation and continuous improvement journey. The Project Manager will be instrumental in leading our first major initiative : the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) —a project that will modernize how we attract, engage, and hire talent.
Beyond the ATS rollout, this role will contribute to other strategic efforts, including mergers and acquisition integrations , process optimization , and our shift toward becoming an insights-driven organization . This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of recruitment and operational excellence across the business.
In this role the Project Manager will work in close collaboration with the Project Lead to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements. The position involves working with a cross-functional team including Corporate Services IS team members, Business Systems Analysts, Data Analysts, Software Developers, and Data Migration Specialists, and a broader team of enabling functions.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support—ensuring the transformation is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Lead in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors (if applicable) to ensure seamless integration and implementation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, report progress to stakeholders regularly
- In partnership with function leads coordinate key technology implementation processes including change management, testing and training
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management policies, and data security standards.
- Document project deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement
- Perform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
- Ensure that the above duties and responsibilities are performed following the principles and intent of Change Management as described in policy IS-0012 Change Management

Skills and Qualifications
Training / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.PMP (Project Management Professional).Agile / Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is an asset.Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally involving enterprise software implementations or upgrades.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR technology platforms is highly desirable.Experience working with software development teams, data analysts, and system integration projects.Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and APIs used in HR tech ecosystems.Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate requirements between business and technical teams.Performance Guidelines
