Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Manager, Job Evaluation is responsible for ensuring continuing legislative compliance and best-in-class program design for the tools, processes and outcomes related to job evaluation, classification and pay equity. The role leads and / or supports organizational and job design including preparation of job descriptions, and is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of core services and the related capacity building in support of organization / job design, job evaluation, classification, and ongoing pay equity maintenance.
