AVP Product Management (Banking/Insurance Tech)
Our client in Insurance space is looking for a Product Management Leader with a specialization in Banking Technology to manage a portfolio of products for their banking clients.
Location : Hybrid - Toronto.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Product Managers, focus on defining roadmaps and features for various banking tech products.
- Work with clients on strategic implementations
- Manage schedule, risks and budget of product delivery
- Ensure product adoption meets target metrics
- Work with internal stakeholders to solicit and integrate feedback and insights into roadmap
- Ensure end customer feedback is integrated in product features
Requirements :
- 10+ years of in a Product Management leadership role
- 5+ years managing teams
- Experience in Banking Tech sector
- Expert in Agile methodologies and working with Jira / Confluence
- Proven experience in product design
- Expert in presenting and facilitating workshops
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development
