Primary responsibilities include :
- Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional service in the commercial processing department
- Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
- Handling activities and follow-ups in EPIC
- Handling routine inquiries and processing requests
- Being a strong team player working on midsize to large commercial accounts
- Other projects as may be assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
- Handling mid-market to large commercial files
- RIBO License required
Skills :
- Proficient with Word and Excel;
- Must have strong EXCEL skills
- Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
- Be a team player with sound work ethic
- Detail oriented and a quick learner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with EPIC would be considered an asset
