A chance to work with a respected organization in the legal / franchising field Exposure to a wide range of legal processes in a corporate setting As a Law Clerk , you will be an integral part of the legal team, providing comprehensive support in the execution and management of legal and franchise agreements, as well as franchisee resale and renewal transactions. Draft, review, edit, and proofread franchise and legal documents including disclosure documents and franchise agreements Coordinate onboarding documentation and manage legal disclosure processes for new franchise candidates Manage franchise agreement renewals by liaising with departments, preparing legal documentation, and overseeing execution Organize and maintain digital / physical legal files and correspondence Ensure accurate and timely execution of all legal agreements Perform other legal administrative duties as required Proven experience as a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant, preferably within franchising or corporate law Strong knowledge of legal documentation and transactional processes Proficiency with legal document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
