Dishwasher, Red Table

Job Description

Red Table Foods is looking for Dishwashers for our production kitchen located at the head office in South Edmonton (3790 98 St NW).

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning all the areas in the facility including, cleaning all bins, containers, pails, pans, pots, etc.

and follow all the GMPs while working inside the facility. Please note that this position will support a 7-day operation, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and follow the sanitation standard operation procedure (SSOPs) to clean the facility areas and equipment
• Washing pots, dishes, glasses, cups and all other kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen
• Ensure the dishwashing area is always clean and free of debris
• Report any damage, theft and abandoned articles to the Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School preferred but not mandatory
• Working fluency and command of the English Language
• Experience working in the kitchen and / or using a large industrial dishwasher is an asset
• Food Safety is required
• Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 25 lbs

This role may include evening and weekend shifts.
