Job description
We are seeking a high-performance Site Foreman to join a team that prioritizes speed, precision, and client results over bureaucracy. In this role, you will act as a vital link between field execution and project leadership, supporting the Superintendent in driving site progress. This is an environment for decisive leaders who thrive in a "no-excuses" culture and are eager to move away from antiquated construction methods in favor of efficient, modern execution.

Advantages
High-Performance Culture: Work alongside a group of critical thinkers who value urgency and ownership.

Professional Growth: Opportunity to lead diverse projects across light industrial and commercial sectors.

Streamlined Operations: Engage in a workplace that cuts through noise and red tape to focus on what matters.

Collaborative Environment: Benefit from a team-centric approach where creative problem-solving is encouraged and rewarded.

Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage daily coordination of sub-trades, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure seamless workflow.

Safety Leadership: Facilitate site safety orientations and weekly meetings, strictly enforcing provincial OHS regulations and internal safety protocols.

Field Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, safety inspection reports, and project documentation.

Logistics Management: Direct the movement of materials in and out of the site to prevent delays.

Active Leadership: Supervise smaller-scale projects and provide technical mentorship to team members; be prepared to engage in manual labor as necessary to keep the project moving.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Foreman or similar site leadership capacity within the commercial or light industrial sectors.

Certifications: Valid Leadership for Safety Excellence, Fall Protection, AWP, and Forklift tickets are mandatory.

Preferred Credentials: NCSO designation and Journeyman Carpenter status are highly regarded; First Aid training is an asset.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and navigate uneven terrain or obstacles common to active construction sites.

Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset with the ability to provide creative solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude.

Summary
This position is designed for a technical expert who is also a natural leader. If you are tired of the status quo and want to work in an environment where your results define your success, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a superior standard of quality.
