What You Will Do

• Drive strategic technical leadership.
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Develop, design, document, and test high‑quality mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Perform troubleshooting and customer support.
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes.
• Develop competence in the technical domain.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary Range – Ottawa, ON

$85,000 – $111,300 per year.

Variable Compensation Plan

Opportunity for annual bonus based on performance against unit objectives, individual performance, and bonus target.

Two medical and dental plan options; company credits equal to the cost of the deluxe plan.

Financial Security

Group Retirement & Savings Program with automatic 2% contribution into Pension Plan and 50% match of employee contributions up to 8% of the employee’s contribution.

Paid Time Off

Minimum 18 days vacation, 3–5 personal days, 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, sick days, and paid maternity or parental leave up to 10 weeks / 6 weeks at 100% pay.
