Dilawri Group inOntario is nowactively searching for a Used Car Sales Manager to assist our Domestic Brand locations in the GTA.

- Have experience ina Sales Manager's role in a dealership environment.
- Have a valid OMICcertification.
- Have a valid Glicense, in good standing.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise, direct and lead the usedcar department.
- Maintain a high customer satisfactionpercentage rating at all times.
- Desk vehicle sales deals.
- Work with the Service Manager toensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with salesstaff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.
- Keep updated on all manufacturer andfinancial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure thatall staff understand factory programs.
- Promote ongoing training, includingdaily and weekly sales team meetings.
- Ensure that all required provinciallicensing and regulatory requirements are followed.
Skills &Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in amanagement role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record ofachieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and motivationalskills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
- Effective negotiation skills, with theability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering anoutstanding customer experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the abilityto build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challengingsituations with composure.
- Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
- Valid OMVIC License
