About the Role :
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Generalist with a strong blend of technical and marketing skills to optimize and manage our marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (or a similar background) who thrives in a problem-solving, automation-focused environment. If you’re someone who can take ownership of the entire marketing process and has a deep understanding of digital tools and efficiencies, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll work remotely, collaborating with the team to drive efficiencies, implement AI solutions, create content, and manage digital marketing operations. Key Responsibilities :
- AI Implementation :
Run and manage custom GPTs for AI-related tasks (e.g., content generation, automation).
Develop and manage high-quality content for client websites, from blog posts to landing pages.
Design, write, and schedule monthly email campaigns to engage clients and drive conversions.
Update and create new templates for various marketing materials in Canva (no advanced design skills needed).
Implement and manage marketing automation tools, including platforms like Zapier, to streamline processes.
Support the integration of AI tools into marketing workflows for better efficiency and performance.
Follow well-established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Asana for efficient onboarding, task execution, and project management.
Skills & Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Comfortable working with AI tools, including GPT-related platforms and integrations.
Experience writing and managing web copy, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Basic proficiency in Canva for creating and updating templates (no advanced design skills required).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, using tools like Asana to manage tasks and processes.
Comfortable collaborating with teams on high-level strategy and day-to-day task execution.
