Maximize ROI by analyzing data, refining strategies, and reallocating resources as needed. Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing efforts. Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all channels, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's partnership guidelines. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful strategies. Experience in building and leading a marketing department is highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft's marketing ethos, co-marketing processes, and tools.
