- As a Personal Injury Representative I, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating benefits under No Fault Injury Benefits for less complex injury claims;
focusing on early intervention, through rehabilitation, to help injured persons return to their pre-accident status.
Personal Injury Representative roles have a starting monthly wage of $4,998.

- Are skilled in problem solving and solutioning.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are knowledgeable in the terminology and treatments involved in vocational and medical rehabilitation.
- Are familiar with the processes and procedures as they relate to case management and the adjustment of No-Fault claims.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Social Science or Health and 1 3 years of experience in an insurance or customer service role in a health-related field.
