Base pay range

CA$30.00 / hr - CA$40.00 / hr

Or client, The Bank of Canada has a 12 month renewable contract opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist within IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify goods for the End-User Experience Portfolio
• Record and initiate good receipts in SAP and ServiceNow
• Perform asset tagging of hardware (as required)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in ServiceNow, including serial numbers, lifecycle state, ownership, and location
• Pack and ship hardware to alternate Bank locations (as required)
• Organize and maintain inventory in the Head Office stockroom
• Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting to prevent shortages and / or overstocking
• Conduct regular inventory audits and asset counts to validate data accuracy
• Organize hardware disposal and / or recycling
• Liaise with operations teams and vendors on any discrepancies or issues
