Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Computer Hardware

Base pay range
CA$30.00 / hr - CA$40.00 / hr
Or client, The Bank of Canada has a 12 month renewable contract opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist within IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify goods for the End-User Experience Portfolio
- Record and initiate good receipts in SAP and ServiceNow
- Perform asset tagging of hardware (as required)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in ServiceNow, including serial numbers, lifecycle state, ownership, and location
- Pack and ship hardware to alternate Bank locations (as required)
- Organize and maintain inventory in the Head Office stockroom
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting to prevent shortages and / or overstocking
- Conduct regular inventory audits and asset counts to validate data accuracy
- Organize hardware disposal and / or recycling
- Liaise with operations teams and vendors on any discrepancies or issues
Required Qualifications & Skills
University degree or college diploma in business administration, or a related fieldA minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or receiving analystAdditional Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and / or SharePoint OnlineDemonstrated experience in inventory management and / or warehouse operationsDemonstrated experience working with stakeholders at any level of an organizationDemonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasksSeniority level
