Position : Accounts payable technician / analyst

long term - temporary to permanent opportunity

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week!

Salary : 60-65k

Location : Ville Saint-Laurent 2 day at the office remote 3 days per week

SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

We are looking for a senior AP technician to join the team ; The ideal candidate would have over 5 years of experience in accounts payable, having done 3 way matching with purchase orders, seen inter-company transactions, worked with multiple currencies (CAD / USD) and have experience with credit card expenses.

Weekly volume is of about 100 invoices, all to be entered into the system Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
• 3 way matching with POs
• Manage multi-currency transactions
• G / L writing
• Government sales tax reports
• Process expense reports ( car / mileage )
• Other AP Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• 5 + years in a relevant role
• Bilingualism, with a functional French (7 / 10)
• Experience with 3 way matching / multi currency / intercos
• Experience with Oracle
• Intermediate level Excel
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
