The Lawyer will namely have to deal with numerous advertising and marketing legal questions, particularly on aspects pertaining to the Charter of the French language and trademarks. SKILLS REQUIRED : Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar or one of the provincial bars of Canada;Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written;Experience in intellectual property of at least 3 years;Assets : title of trademark agent.
