Accounts Payable Analyst

Description :

• Reviewing reinsurance instruction provided by the underwriting team;
• Summarizing the value of the reinsurance premium payable into our payable tracker and confirming who need to receive the premium payable;
• Identifying if this entity / supplier exist in our ERP system to issue the payment;

oIf not, to follow-up with the UW team to obtain the required information including banking detail etc.

• Monitor the payable tracker to identify which payment is due and follow-up with UW to ensure we have the proper back-up / documentation support (invoice, signed agreement etc).
• Provide update to the reinsurance manager in charge of monitoring the payment process.
• Prepare payment request in the ERP
• Follow-up with banking to ensure payment on-time
