E-Learning Experience Designer

The opportunity

Our People Consultants empower our clients to envision and achieve transformative success by mastering and sustaining innovative changes in people, processes, and technology.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E‑Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and HR teams to design and produce e‑learning modules, videos, and other digital content that supports organizational learning goals. Experience with Dayforce Learning is considered a strong asset.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e‑learning modules.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met (e.g., WCAG compliance).
• Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video.
• Test and troubleshoot e‑learning modules across platforms and devices.
• Maintain and update existing e‑learning content as needed.
• Work with HR or Learning & Development teams to align content with organizational goals.
• Leverage LMS platforms to publish and track learning content; Dayforce Learning experience is ideal.
