The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Owner with a specialized focus on our public website at kpmg.com (home.kpmg). This position is accountable for the sequenced roadmap, prioritized backlog, and delivery of marketing capabilities enabled via the Content Management System and supporting technologies such as Identity Management, API integrations, Blogs, Analytics, etc.

This role supports KPMG offices (called Member Firms) from around the globe enabling local teams to deliver best in class digital experiences. #LI-Hybrid

What you will do

  • Define and maintain a documented product roadmap that demonstrates how the prioritized enhancements are aligned with enabling the business to meet their objectives
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined backlog to define requirements and acceptance criteria for product features
  • Execute agile product delivery with a relentless focus on customer value and the return on investment
  • Possess expertise in managing conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders with diplomacy, and able to operate between Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology and Compliance and apply that balance to how the product evolves over time
  • Partner with global KPMG stakeholders in Digital Marketing and other departments to understand business needs, goals, and strategy to inform the Public Website product roadmap
  • Collaborate with platform vendors to influence the product roadmaps to meet KPMG goals

What you bring to the role

  • 7+ years of well-developed Digital and Technology expertise with 5+ years as a Product Owner / Manager with a focus on Marketing Technology
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge on search on a public website, taxonomy, and enterprise search engine optimization (including technical SEO)
  • Experience leading and mentoring scrum team that support all features and capabilities of the product
  • Hands on experience with developing and communicating product roadmaps, defining priorities to drive product updates and innovation
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, establishing strong relationships with individual stakeholders and groups at all levels across KPMG
