Product Owner :
Being an owner of treasury products at the Bank means playing a central role in achieving important projects affecting treasury products in the digital channel.
It is through your leadership that you will carry out the complex deployment of several functionalities for the Business Digital Banking (BNE) program through the new digital platform.
As PO, you will report directly to the Senior Director. You will exercise your influence and your daily leadership and you will make informed decisions to maximize business value, as soon as possible.
Your ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, your rigor, you listening to business needs, your ability to make decisions and you’re mobilizing leadership will be your strengths for success.
Your main challenges :
- Be responsible for and participate in the definition, planning, organization and delivery initiatives affecting treasury products.
- Build and manage the product backlog composed of user scenarios which helps achieve the business vision.
- Develop a broad understanding of business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and components of the initiative;
- Be responsible for solutions to mitigate risks and process deviations.
- Collaborate rigorously with key stakeholders in the evolution of initiatives in order to comply with safety standards while ensuring commitment to scope, budget and schedule.
- Act as an expert on your product to the sponsor and stakeholders
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree related to the sector of activity and seven years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience OR University certificate / PUB 1st cycle and nine years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in managing large-scale projects in agile mode
- At least 2 years of experience delivering online solutions as a Product Owner.
- Ability to work with external suppliers
- Influential leadership and excellent team player
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
- French / English bilingualism necessary, because you frequently interact with our suppliers or partners speaking a language other than French;
Desirable skills :
- Knowledge of treasury products, an asset
- Knowledge of commercial banking
