DetailedResponsibilities :

• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions that align with theorganizations future state modern technologyplatform
• Developand maintain technical and functional documentation includingsystem configurations procedures and troubleshooting guidesensuring accuracy andrelevance
• Ensureprivacy and security access controls are followed for sensitivepersonal data in accordance with OPS standards andguidelines
• Consulton emerging technologies best practices and industry trends andrecommend innovative solutions to address businessneeds
• Collaboratewith vendors and external partners to implement and supporttechnology solutions ensuring smooth integration andfunctionality
