Our Calgary government client is seeking a seasoned Application Systems Analyst to join their team in supporting continuous improvement projects and day-to-day operations.
This role will focus on the the full RFP process and subsequent implementation of a CRM / ticketing software, which powers essential workflows in property management, business intelligence, accounting, and client portals.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Yardi and related systems.
- Analyze, design, and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with IT resources, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Elicit and document business requirements for enhancements and new modules.
- Configure, modify, and integrate Yardi modules or non-Yardi solutions, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
- Coordinate system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users and alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for software configurations, project requirements, and technical solutions.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications :
1. Five (5) years' experience in designing, implementing, performing upgrades, configuring, troubleshooting and documenting software solutions;
2. Five (5) years' experience in Large scale software package application
3. Five (5) years' experience dealing with design considerations, staff impact analysis, and implementation timelines.
4. Five (5) years' experience in an analysis role demonstrating the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
5. Past experience writing an RFP and going through at least 1 full-cycle RFP process for a CRM or ticketing system will be required and must be clearly outlined on your resume.
Desired Qualifications :
- 1. Strong customer service skills;
- 2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
- 3. Proficiency in documenting requirements and other project required artifacts;
4. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
5. Previous work experience with Yardi; desired, but not required.
6. Five (5) years' experience with implementing CRM or ticketing solutions
