AbouttheRole :
TheSales Administrator manages onsite and offsite contract work flowsand contract administration to ensure legal document accuracy.
Thisposition also provides customer service and communicates withlawyers during project completion.
EssentialDuties andResponsibilities :
1.Handle contractrelated project inquiries by email andphone.
2. Audit incoming contractdeals including followup and communication with Developers toprovide reports and inventorycounts.
3. Create courtesy& closing letters and distribute by mail and email.
4. Follow up with LawyerHomeowners and Developers to gather closing info anddocuments.
5. Document &flag problematic units coordinate between Developer &Lawyers.
6. Assist Conveyancerwith communication between Lawyers &Brokers.
7. Handle home warranty& building property managementinquiries.

MinimumEducation and ExperienceRequirements :
1 years in real estate
2 yearscustomer service experience
2 to3 years office work experience
Work experience as a salescoordinator
