Seymour Pacific Developments is currently looking for Civil Operators to join our team in Campbell River, BC. Civil Operators are responsible for ensuring the successful excavation of multi-building, multi-family, residential and commercial sites.

Excavation Operators 1 : Finish Operator
To safely and efficiently operate the following equipment : Hydraulic Excavators6 Way DozerLoader
Excavation Operator 2
To operate different construction equipment on-site ranging from hand compaction to the following equipment. This person will assume labour duties as assigned.
Skid SteerPackersRock Truck
What you need to be successful :
- Experience in residential excavation, grading and utilities.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Understanding of civil construction fundamentals
