Your Opportunity
The Manager, Alumni Program is accountable for designing reward programs, leading portal enhancements, and creating high‑impact engagement. You’ll ensure cohesion and long‑term success through governance and strategic integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, evolve, and champion the Alumni Program, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
- Manage and enhance the alumni portal, including vendor relationships, feature enhancements, and integration with existing BDO software.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with HR, Marketing, IT / I&C, L&D, and external partners.
- Design and deliver alumni events, recognition, and value‑added offerings tailored to alumni personas.
- Advance BDO’s business development by surfacing actionable alumni intelligence and market opportunities.
- Monitor engagement metrics, use data to recommend improvements, and accelerate program growth.
- Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to refine offerings and boost satisfaction.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to create compelling alumni content.
- Launch and continuously improve the Alumni Referral and Incentive Program while ensuring compliance.
- Champion innovation and global best practices, introducing new tools and engagement models.
- Contribute to additional initiatives that accelerate the program’s and the firm’s success.

6+ years in program management, marketing or HR.Professional services experience preferred (tax, accounting, consulting).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR or equivalent.Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication; craft engaging content.Comfortable with CRM, alumni database, social media, email marketing, analytics.Creative, service‑oriented mindset, proactive and value‑adding.Why BDO?
