About the Opportunity

WCP is currently looking for an Analyst to join their team assisting primarily with the management and execution of Valuation and M&A transactions. We are looking for someone curious and analytical to do market research and outreach valuations financial modelling CIMs to provide marketing support and proposals for clients of WCP.

Duties and Responsibilities

Valuations

• Assist in the research and preparation of reports for business valuation of private companies
• Prepare requests for documents and communicate with clients including correspondence preparation and follow-up
• Analyze financial statements and documents
• Prepare financial analysis and models

Mergers & Acquisitions / Capital
