Bilingual Powersports Service and Warranty Technician Support (Mechanical)

Job Description

Located at our East Toronto head office, the Technical Administration Support person is responsible for Service and Warranty Technical Support for our authorized Kawasaki Powersport dealers across Canada.

Duties include assisting in report technical problems to Kawasaki Motors Limited, Japan. Investigate warranty claims as required by the department.

Develop, schedule, and present bulletins and technical training for all our dealers across Canada. Perform various other duties, as necessary.

They may include, but are not limited to, participating in dealer meeting duties, units repair, product evaluation, and other special projects.

Minimum Skills

  • Must be fluent in English and French for both spoken and written word.
  • Three years’ experience as a powersports Technician.
  • Must possess exceptional technical understanding and troubleshooting skills relating to the motorcycle / ATV / PWC industry.
  • Possess an outgoing, positive personality relating to dealer relations.
  • Self-starter, able to work unassisted and within group projects.
  • Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
  • Motorcycle mechanics license is an asset.
