CIP designation or partial completion.
Overview :
Handling garage liability auto claims (not mva's)
Utilizes discerning judgment and decision-making abilities to assess claims exposure, determine optimal courses of action, and facilitate claim settlements effectively.
Engages extensively with diverse stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Conducts negotiations with legal representatives and relevant parties to achieve settlements within designated authority levels.
Demonstrates proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, and effective communication, while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in managing claims.
