Who are you?

You are an experienced Digital Consultant with minimum 5 - 9 years of post graduate experience . The selected individual will work within our Digital team to support the development and growth of our Digital services, products, capabilities and people to drive advancement for Turner & Townsend and our clients .

They will be required to work closely with Turner & Townsend project teams from other business units, as well as needing to interact with clients and other project stakeholders.

They will support a wide range of projects of all sizes and sectors. This also commonly includes working with consultants from different agencies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data modeling and transformation to support business intelligence needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Automate with various data sources and applications.
• Implement, manage and maintain the Dataverse environment, including data entities and relationships.
• Develop and implement data integration solutions using Dataverse connectors.
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform data migration and synchronization tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to extend Dataverse capabilities through custom plugins and scripts.

Desirable skills and experience :

• Several years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex dashboards.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated workflows.
• Experience in integrating Power Automate with various enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to improve business processes through automation
• Strong grasp of data modeling and entity relationships.
• Experience with Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in using Dataverse connectors for data integration.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Skills in scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or any combination of :
• Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified : Power Platform App Maker Associate
• Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate
