Project Administrator

Job title : Junior Project Administrator (Level 1)

Location : East End of Ottawa

Hours : On-site, Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM (excluding holidays)

Travel : Required for event week (parking reimbursed)

Must have a secret level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage registration (online and in-person)
• Prepare badges and assist with hospitality
• Draft emails and correspondence
• Maintain project documentation and schedules
• Provide meeting summaries and assist with post-event reports
• Create invitations and thank-you letters
