Main responsibilities :
- Supervise a work team of 4 to 5 people (technicians, draftsman, designer).
- Work directly with production, supervising the design and production of products and establishing a vision for improvements.
- Provide mass custom production support.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Planning, risk management, getting back to production.
- Review and approve drawings produced by draftsmen / designers.
- Actively contribute to producing optimization.
- Budget, review various tenders to ensure compliance.
Skills and qualifications :
- Must be a member of the OIQ.
- Over 5 years' experience in project management and product development.
- Passionate about multidisciplinary work.
- Knowledge and interest in automotive mechanics an asset.
