IT Support Analyst
Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
This candidate will update reports and data analytics and will be working within the warehouse environment (will not be operating any warehouse equipment).
Desired Skill Set :
- Experience in Troubleshooting Hardware
- Technical Background
- Ability to read through service manuals and technical documents
- Ability to understand, acquire and apply new technical skills
- Must be detail-oriented and quick to understand and apply new concepts.
Nice To Have :
- Ability to work with medium to large size groups
- Current CompTIA A+ certification
