- Review and make recommendations on customer credit including documentation on credit worthiness
- Design and maintain the company's credit sales policy including credit scoring methodology across customers
- Review and correct discrepancies on customer invoice
- Recommend ongoing changes to the credit policy based on customer and marketplace insights
- Review sales and order desk sales recommendations
- Personally call-up, visit, email and investigate customer credit applications and aging accounts
- Monitor deductions (short-pay, unusual deductions) being taken by customers and follow-up
- Measure credit function's weekly performance with appropriate metrics including collections achieved

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
