Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs) accessories, and related products
- Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
- Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
- Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

Base Hourly Pay : $17 - $21
Bonus Pay : Monthly activations bonus
