Job Description
- Platform Development : Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable contract management solutions using WEBCON BPS Designer Studio and Designer Desk, utilizing both low-code and traditional development methods where necessary.
- Workflow Automation : Automate the contract approval process, redline version generation, and status tracking to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
- Integration : Connect the WEBCON platform with external IT systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, or other third‑party APIs) to ensure seamless data flow and automatic contract generation.
- Customization : Develop and customize user interfaces using technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and XML to create intuitive user experiences.
- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement enhancements to the existing contract management platform.
- Documentation & Training : Create clear technical documentation and, where required, train end‑users and power users on system functionality.
- Collaboration : Work closely with legal, procurement, and other cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define scopes, and ensure the platform effectively meets market and business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience developing applications on the WEBCON BPS platform is essential.Proficiency in web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML.Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including the .NET Framework and SQL databases.Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and legal / compliance requirements.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Disclaimer : AI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
