Job Title : Software Developer (Webcon Experience)

Location : Ottawa, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type : Contract

Pay Rate : CAD$50 / HR INC

Job Description

• Platform Development : Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable contract management solutions using WEBCON BPS Designer Studio and Designer Desk, utilizing both low-code and traditional development methods where necessary.
• Workflow Automation : Automate the contract approval process, redline version generation, and status tracking to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
• Integration : Connect the WEBCON platform with external IT systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, or other third‑party APIs) to ensure seamless data flow and automatic contract generation.
• Customization : Develop and customize user interfaces using technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and XML to create intuitive user experiences.
• Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement enhancements to the existing contract management platform.
• Documentation & Training : Create clear technical documentation and, where required, train end‑users and power users on system functionality.
• Collaboration : Work closely with legal, procurement, and other cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define scopes, and ensure the platform effectively meets market and business needs.
