YourRole :

As our next Customer SuccessManager you will be a vital part of our team responsiblefor :

  • Setting up new customer accountsand leading onboardings.
  • Proactively engagingwith customers to minimize churn.
  • Developingstrategies to enhance customer engagement and upselleffectively.
  • Providing stellar customer supportand enhancing our Help Center.
  • Relayingcustomer feedback to our Development team and nurturing ongoingcustomer relationships.

Who YouAre :

  • Youhave at least 2 years of experience in Customer SuccessRelationship Management or as a Service Manager within the techindustry preferably in a SaaS company.
  • You havea proven track record of building strong relationships withcustomers particularly at the executivelevel.
  • You have exceptional project and changemanagement skills with keen attention todetail.
  • You are a team player comfortableworking with teams across various timezones
