As our next Customer SuccessManager you will be a vital part of our team responsiblefor :
- Setting up new customer accountsand leading onboardings.
- Proactively engagingwith customers to minimize churn.
- Developingstrategies to enhance customer engagement and upselleffectively.
- Providing stellar customer supportand enhancing our Help Center.
- Relayingcustomer feedback to our Development team and nurturing ongoingcustomer relationships.
Who YouAre :
- Youhave at least 2 years of experience in Customer SuccessRelationship Management or as a Service Manager within the techindustry preferably in a SaaS company.
- You havea proven track record of building strong relationships withcustomers particularly at the executivelevel.
- You have exceptional project and changemanagement skills with keen attention todetail.
- You are a team player comfortableworking with teams across various timezones
