Job Description
A company that provides practice management software to dental clinics in Canada is looking for a dynamic and experienced SaaS sales representative to join their team.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Drive customer adoption and retention through proactive account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business deals.
- Promote the company's services and solutions at industry trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
A college or university education in business or technology is valued, but proven success in a similar role would also be considered.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs.
- Successfully working remotely.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent deal-closing skills.
- Strong communication and virtual presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology.
