JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a GoLang Tech Lead within the API Development Squad, you will play a central role in the creation of a new digital banking platform.

The mission is to complete a Baas Core banking solution by addressing various integration needs, and you will be the team's technical guide for the development of advanced solutions.

Main responsibilities :

Technical leadership :

• Provide in-depth expertise in the GoLang programming language.
• Guide the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable APIs.

Squad Management :

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the API development team.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other squads involved in the project.
• Contribute actively to the development and resolution of bugs.

Planning and Delivery :

• Actively participate in planning sprints and defining development objectives with the management and architecture team.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of API functionality in line with defined standards.

Collaboration with Customer :

• Work closely with the customer to meet expectations and objectives.
• Ensure that the solutions developed comply with the standards and requirements of the financial sector.

Continuous Improvement :

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Extensive development experience with GoLang.
• Proven experience as a technical leader or Tech Lead in API development projects.
• Understanding of digital banking and banking solution integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
