Health Standards Organization (HSO) is always searching for talented individuals, who share our passion for achieving quality health services for all.

As a Program Manager reporting to a Director / Executive, you combine excellent operations management and project implementation skills and are comfortable pursuing new opportunities in a highly dynamic environment.

You are people centered, an excellent communicator and thrive on delivering value to your clients! You look at things with an eye for continuous quality improvement.

You anticipate current and future trends related to healthcare, accreditation and education. You are flexible and can pivot as needed.

As a Program Manager you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate business results and work closely with Directors and / or Executive to drive the organization’s performance.

Common Responsibilities :

  • Provides coaching to employees on critical evaluation.
  • Oversees the team’s work and progress against key dates and milestones.
  • Takes a proactive approach in identifying team needs and provides appropriate support.
  • Works with people manager(s) to review and analyze the department’s direction according to emerging trends and feedback from partners and stakeholders.
  • Draws sound conclusions based upon a mixture of analysis and experience.
  • Acts as a key adviser, provides guidance on complex client problems and initiatives, and assists with handling priority issues.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of organizational strategies.
  • Anticipates outcomes based on an understanding of organizational decision-making bodies and power relationships.
  • Knows and respects the organization’s mission, vision and values.
  • Recommends solutions that will benefit the client and the organization.
  • Anticipates and responds to changing client needs.
  • Looks for ways to add value beyond clients' immediate requests and acts on them.
  • Effectively plans and organizes one’s time.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as Administration or Healthcare.
  • 5+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services and business development within the field of healthcare.
  • Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including energy and a positive attitude. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with other team members and external partners.
