Autoplan Agent – Level 1 or 2 (Full-Time)

Sussex Insurance – Cranbrook (Inside Walmart) has part-time or full-time positions available for an experienced Level 1 or Level 2 , Full-Time, Autoplan Agents. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months experience with all ICBC transactions.

Hourly wage for a licensed Insurance Agents ranges from $20 – $24 per hour – depending on experience.

Consideration will be given to train the “right” individual provided they have passed the Level 1 Insurance License course.

Duties will include, but not limited to, sales & cross-sell of ICBC, Private Auto, and other insurance-related products such as Travel, Recreational & Marine along with other office-related tasks such as batching, stock ordering & reconciliation inventory control etc.

Skills Required :

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Experience with all types of Autoplan transactions
• Excellent verbal communication and typing skills
• Ability to participate in upsell & cross-sell initiatives
