This is a Full-Time, Permanent, in office position in Whitby, ON with no opportunity for remote work. Monday to Friday, 8 : 30-5 : 00

Position Overview :
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Estimator who can aid in increasing face to face selling time for Territory Managers by providing accurate take offs in a timely manner.
To help Architectural Representatives by providing leads on projects to get our products specified.

Preferred Job Qualifications :
- Competence in Computer-aided design (Planswift & AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code Standards
- Understanding of materials and methods of construction
- Excellent Organization Skills Ability to Multi-task
- 2 years experience estimating a wide range of construction projects
- Experience involving reading specifications and drawings
Nice to Have Skills :
Professional Certification PMP, Construction Estimating
