Shift : 42hrs / week - 5 : 30am-6 : 30pm (depending on operations need the hours may vary)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for the warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations. The successful candidate will report to the Distribution Manager and or a designated individual and will also work closely with Customer Service and Scheduling.
What youll do
- Analyze shipment logs
- Ensure efficient work flow for shippers and drivers
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Track inventory levels
- Order new supplies in a timely manner
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements
- Optimize employee workflowâand ensure shift coverage is adequate
- Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Be compliant with CTPAT regulations and ensure the facility and team are also compliant
- Train guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Additional duties as required by business growth and change
